The automotive environment simulation test chamber provides testing for various performance indicators during product development for automotive manufacturers. The experimental cabin is mainly composed of cabin body protection structure, air conditioning system, fresh air system, dynamometer system, exhaust emission system, solar irradiation system and other parts.
Technical parameters related to automotive environment simulation test chamber:
1. Temperature control test
Temperature range:- 40℃~80℃
Temperature accuracy: When the car is stationary, the temperature uniformity inside the cabin is maintained at ± 2 ℃
When subjected to the thermal load impact of the test vehicle, it can be smoothly controlled within the set temperature, and the temperature fluctuation at the control point 0.5 meters in front of the vehicle is less than ± 1 ℃,
The temperature fluctuation at the general control point is less than ± 2 ℃.
There is no condensation on the cabin wall within the temperature range of -40 ℃ to 60 ℃
Emission test: Absolute humidity (H) 5.5 ≤ H ≤ 12.2gH2o/kg air
During the Euro 3/4VI test, the humidity inside the cabin should be low enough throughout the entire test period to prevent water from condensing on the chassis dynamometer drum.
When changing temperature: Ensure no frost formation.
Performance test: When the temperature in the test chamber is 25 ℃, the relative humidity is 50% RH ± 5%

3. Wet test control test
Meet the requirements of QC/T658-2000 standard: when the temperature is 38 ± 1 ℃, the humidity is 50% RH ± 5%, and the continuous operation is greater than 1 hour;
Technical requirements for high temperature testing: Continuous operation with humidity of 68 ± 5% RH at+15~60 ± 1 ℃;
When the temperature is 30 ℃ and the car is idling, the maximum heat dissipation of the entire vehicle is 25KW, and the maximum relative humidity reaches 90 ± 5% RH, with continuous operation for more than 1 hour.
In the experiment, the environmental temperature and humidity can be tracked to track load changes, and the temperature change rate can be smoothly controlled within the set humidity. Speed test:
Maximum time from room temperature to+60 ℃: no more than 3 hours;
The longest time for cooling from room temperature to -40 ℃: no more than 3 hours;
4. Atmospheric pressure test inside the cabin
Ensure stable operation of the test vehicle with a slight positive pressure (short-term negative pressure) inside the cabin, equipped with a pressure balancing device.
Sunlight test inside the cabin:
Applicable temperature: 35-60 ℃
Sunlight source: Full spectrum light bulb;
Installation form: movable, adjustable angle (above 45 degrees)
The sunshine intensity shall not be less than 1200W/m2 ± 20W/m2 (average intensity on the horizontal plane at a height from the roof), and can be controlled in sections or as a whole;
Accuracy of solar radiation intensity control ± 20 W/m2 (on a horizontal plane at a height from the roof)
5. Cabin operation test:
The system has dual operation functions of automatic control and manual control;
During the experiment, automatic/manual bidirectional undisturbed switching can be achieved;

6. Safety monitoring system:

Size: Customizable
Equipment features: The equipment is suitable for testing M-class and N-class vehicles with ignition engines (which can be extended to diesel engines in the future) and a total mass not exceeding 3500KG according to the emission regulations of China III and IV working conditions. During the test, it can provide environmental simulation conditions of -20 ℃~45 ℃ (engine displacement: maximum 6L; vehicle speed: 120KM/H, which can be controlled at -20 ℃ during the test)
